Blue Cross Blue Shield plans are active in Florida only right now. Credentialing is in process for the other 43 PSYPACT states and territories, including CareFirst, Capital Blue Cross, Empire, Excellus, Highmark, Horizon, Independence Blue Cross, Premera, Regence, Wellmark, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP). If you have one of these outside Florida, reach out and I’ll let you know the moment your plan is active.
Carelon was formerly Beacon Health Options, and some cards still say Beacon. Carelon also manages behavioral health benefits for other insurers, including some Anthem, Kaiser, and employer plans, so your card may show a different company entirely. If you’re not sure, check the back of your card for a separate behavioral health phone number.

Self-pay is always an option. If you have a PPO, you may be able to get reimbursed through your out-of-network benefits, and I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance.
